Our Protection Tools
Setting Deposit Limits
Set a limit on how much money you can deposit per day, per week, or per month. This feature helps you stay within your budget and avoid overspending. Once a limit is reduced, it takes effect immediately.
Time-Out
If you feel you need a break, you can take a time-out ranging from 24 hours to 30 days. During the time-out, logging in or placing bets is completely disabled, which helps reduce stress.
Self-Exclusion
If you need a long-term break, use the self-exclusion tool. You can close your account for anywhere from 6 months to permanently. Permanent exclusion cannot be reversed.
Session Time Limits
Set a maximum time for each gaming session. When the set time is up, the system will automatically alert you and log you out if needed. Take regular breaks to maintain your wellbeing.
Bet Limit Controls
Restrict the amount you bet per single bet or per day. This feature ensures you never bet beyond your means. Contact the support team to make changes to your limits.
24/7 Support Assistance
Our Bengali live chat support team is always ready for any issue you face. Whether it is a gaming problem, account security, or mental health support, do not hesitate to reach out.
